A bit about me as a therapist:

I love working with teens and families to rebuild trust, independence, and communication. My approach to couples therapy mirrors this—creating space for growth and understanding in relationships.

I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support healing from traumatic experiences by reconnecting memory networks and addressing cognitive distortions.

My physical office is located in Eagle Rock and I also offer telehealth sessions throughout California. My style is direct yet compassionate, LGBTQIA+ affirming and I firmly believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is crucial for enhancing your overall well-being.

Prior to working in private practice, I spent time at a private intensive outpatient for teens, young adults and families in Pasadena, CA and Laguna Beach, CA. Additionally, I have worked as a therapist and advocate on a college campus, in child welfare, sexual assault advocacy and domestic violence.

In addition to a Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, I also hold a Master’s degree in Women’s Studies and Gender Studies from the same institution and this informs my work.
